1. COACHING

The client is aware that coaching is in no way to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of therapy.

Coaching results are not guaranteed. The client enters into the coaching with the full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results.

2. COMMITMENT

My intention is for you to achieve the best positive changes and progress toward your goals during the period of this agreement. I am committed to that outcome and will work with you objectively and with complete faith and belief in your ability and potential to achieve your desired outcomes. As such, I will have high expectations of you and will want the very best for you.

In return you will need to be committed to making relevant changes in your life and taking the necessary action steps to move forward to your goals.

Results are not guaranteed and are dependent upon your commitment to the process and the actions you take. You will need to be open and honest with me in terms of what you are thinking and feeling so that we can best work together.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Trail Blazing Woman values your privacy. I undertake not to release any of your personal or business information or details, either directly or indirectly, to a third party. All information and discussions between us will remain strictly confidential. Similarly I appreciate you keeping confidential any intellectual property that I may share with you.

4. LIMIT OF LIABILITY

The Trail Blazing Woman works on the basis that you are fully responsible for any personal or business decisions you make. I will provide you with suggestions, options and strategies, based on my professional experience and I will work with you to identify problems. Any decisions however about a course of action are yours and you accept full responsibility for such decisions. You should carefully evaluate the consequences of various options and decide accordingly. I make no representation or warranty to you that any of the decisions you make will work for your particular circumstances and in no way guarantee any results.

5. JURISDICTION

In the unlikely event of any disagreement or dispute between us, you acknowledge and agree that the laws of Queensland, Australia shall be used and applied to this agreement and further that any dispute would need to be settled in Queensland, Australia

6. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this agreement by giving the other party 14 days written notice. In the event of termination then no money is refundable under this agreement.

7. ACCOUNTABILITY

To keep myself accountable as a professional coach I will ask the following questions of potential clients seeking assistance with depression within their relationship:

Have you had a consultation with your General Practitioner (GP) and shared with them how you are feeling both emotionally and mentally?

Has your GP recommended that you seek specialised care from a psychologist or a psychiatrist?

Has your GP or specialist recommended medication to assist you manage this current challenge in your relationship and are you taking the medication?

Are you currently being cared for by a specialist?

What results are you looking for from the coaching session that you are not receiving from your GP or specialist?

8. COACHING AGREEMENTS

Any agreement needs to be signed by both parties prior to the commencement of a coaching assignment.

9. TIMEFRAMES

Any coaching agreement becomes effective once signed by both parties to the agreement.
